The UCODE RFID Dry Inlay is design for RFID label, after then, the RFID label are designed to provide reliable and consistent performance in various environments and materials. They have a compact antenna size of 50 x 30 mm and a die cut size of 54 x 34 mm. They have a 128-bit EPC memory and a 96-bit TID memory with a 48-bit unique serial number embedded into the TID. The read distance can be reach up to 15meters.
The NXP UCODE 8 / UCODE 9 chip that powers these tags offers up to -24 dBm read sensitivity and -22 dBm write sensitivity. This translates to improved read distance and faster inventory of dense RFID tag population. The chip also enables features such as Self-Adjust, which automatically adjusts the tag's performance to the environment; Memory Safeguard, which ensures the integrity of customer data; Pre-Serialization, which simplifies the tag commissioning process; Product Status Flag, which enables the tag to be used as an Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) tag; and more.
